Core Strength for Runners

6 Modules 0 Chapters 22 Lessons

About this course

Having a strong and engaged core is vital for any runner. It enables you to run at your best and make sure that you’re not wasting energy needlessly when running through sloppy form and inefficient body movements that can result from weak core muscles.

As a running coach I realise that most runners just want to run and keep running. Very few will want to spend any of their precious free-time doing anything else. But setting some time aside consistently each week to work on strength & conditioning – is essential. Especially for “masters” runners. That means anyone over the age of 30.

This program has been specifically designed to be both progressive and time efficient too. So that you can be sure that you get to run as much as you can.
